Best birthday cakes for dogs 2019 – Pamper your pooch on their special day — 6 Comments

  1. Wow! I’m jealous! I live in the US and would love to have a cake like this for my fellas!! They do go around and sniff the “pee mail” in the neighborhood! That bottom sniffer beer would be just the ticket for them!

    • Thanks, Ellen. I’m sure there must be USA dog bakeries, too. I might go on a hunt and see what I can find 🙂

I’ve no idea how the Bottom Sniffer improves bottom sniffing but here’s a list of the ingredients:

Non Fermented Beer Wort from Concentrate (Barley, Malt, Water, Acidifier, Latic Acid) Bladderwrack Extact, Natural Chicken Flavouring, Burdock, Dandelion, Flax, Nettle, Rooibos, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate.

Not suitable for vegetarians – in case someone wants to sample it – but it sounds intriguing.

      Thanks for reading,
      Ian

  2. I would like to thank all my wonderful customers, both human and dogs, for your lovely feedback on Ebay, and comments on my FB page, The Pawsome Bakery.

Also for this wonder review on my products! With Xmas nearly on us I’ve started the run up with Xmas stocking fillers for the furbabies in the family who, indeed, deserve a special Xmas too!

I hope all of you have a wonderful Merry Xmas!

    • It’s Karen from the Pawsome Bakery in Bannockburn!

Hi Karen – thanks for taking a look at our dog birthday cake review!

I’m guessing you have a lot of loyal customers – dogs and humans – or you wouldn’t have figured so highly in our review page 🙂

I’m so pleased you mentioned Christmas as it’s a good opportunity to spoil our dogs, and buying them a Christmas stocking is a super way to give them an extra treat.

Although just a note of caution over the festive season – please DO NOT overdeed your dogs as this will only cause them discomfort.

Hope you have a great Christmas, Karen, and all good wishes to dogs and humans everywhere.

  3. Hi there and season’s greetings to you!
Thank you so much for featuring us on your page.. it’s lovely to be recognised!
We have the most amazing customers over at Fussy Pups (both furry and not so furry)
Our cakes are very popular as they are all natural and contain no sugar in the icing either but at this time of year, our Christmas treat boxes are flying out! Keeps me busy and out of mischief which is always a good thing! I set up Fussy Pups after I had a stroke and now work with tremors in my hands which can be a little challenging when icing 😉 but I love my job!
Thank you again for your lovely write up!!
    Kaye

    • Hi Kaye – thanks for getting in touch.

Your cakes are obviously very popular – however much fur your customers have! 🙂 – and it’s good to know that owners can share their dogs’ cakes with them – if their dogs let them! 🙂

It’s gret to see dog treats made with such care and attention to ingredients.

Owners need to be especially vigilant over the holiday period to make sure their dogs don’t eat anything they shouldn’t – deliberately or otherwise! With so many healthy dog treats around, your dog can join in the fun and festivities without the risk of being ill.

Wishing you and George a successful and happy holiday!
      Ian
